BURN PERMITS
If you are planning on burning brush in Newberry Springs you will need a Burn Permit. To
acquire this permit you may contact the Newberry Community Services District Office at the
above address on Tuesday through Thursday from 9:30am to 2:30pm.
The permit is $10.00 for a one year permit.
You may burn on calm weather days only from 7am until 3pm. The fire MUST be out by
3pm. On the day you intend to burn you must FIRST call the number on the permit to inform the
fire district of the intent to burn and you will be required to give the permit number at that
time.
